Tour Dates and How Much Does it Fee?

The fee is $1495 per participant staying in a double room, and $1750 for single guests. Children aged 7-12 years old, accompanied by their parents, will be charged $895.

How | When to Pay?

A 25% advance payment is required upon registration. The remaining balance must be paid at least 15 days prior to the trip.

Participation and Special Conditions

Participation, Cancellation

This tour is organized with 7 participants. If sufficient participation is not achieved, the final cancellation notification date is 21 days before the start of the tour.

You will be notified by our agency (through your agency) of any tour cancellation or postponement due to insufficient participation.

Guests who register for the tour have the right to cancel free of charge up to 30 days before the departure date. If an airline ticket has been issued, the ticket price will be excluded and the airline ticket cancellation refund conditions will apply. A 30% deduction will be applied for cancellations made between 30 and 21 days before the tour date. No refund will be given for cancellations made 20 days or less before the tour date. Documents such as hospital reports, work leave certificates, etc., obtained from Turkish authorities and submitted by participants with their cancellation requests are not accepted by service providers outside of Turkey. Instead of cancellation due to insufficient participation, it is possible to conduct the tour with the existing participants with their approval, and this may require repricing.

The tour will be conducted with a van-type vehicle with a capacity of 8+1 seats, provided by rent-a-car. The driver, who will also act as the guide, is Hasan HAZIRLAR.

Accommodation hotels, restaurants, and rest stops are preferred from those in good condition.

Accommodation

Three nights at the 3* Russel Court Hotel Dublin in Dublin,

One night at the 4* Sea Mist B&B in Galway,

One night at the 3* The Old Quarter Townhouse in Limerick,

One night at the 4* The Metropole Hotel Cork in Cork,

Hotel changes can be made provided they are in the same category, and participants will be notified of these changes. In cases where only category information is given without specifying names in the tour program and/or there are options for the same destination, hotel(s) will be notified at least 48 hours before the departure of the tour. Child discounts are valid for one child – within the age group – staying with 2 adults.

Hotel standards in the countries/cities visited may be lower or different from those in Turkey. Breakfasts included in the tour program may vary depending on the country and hotel, and may be served in a separate hall allocated to the group. Hotel accommodations may be changed during periods of high occupancy such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., provided they are of the same standard. These changes will be communicated to participants 15 days prior to the tour date.

The departure is from Istanbul to Dublin and the return is from Dublin to Istanbul. If you participated in a previous KanulaTur tour, arrival in Ireland will be via England. Road transportation is arranged specifically for this trip; The tour is conducted using a private rent-a-car vehicle provided by Kanula Tur, and these are new, comfortable tourist vehicles. The tour transportation vehicles are new, comfortable tourist vehicles. Vehicles suitable for the group size are used. Minibuses are used for up to 16 participants, midibuses for 17-27 participants, and buses for 28-46 participants.

Visa and Passport

A visa is required for holders of regular passports for entry into Ireland. The passport must be valid for at least six months and have two blank pages. Kanula Visa team provides consultancy services. A visa is not required for holders of service passports (referred to as "green" passports). However, it should be noted that the passport police have the right to refuse entry even with a visa. Kanula Tur is not responsible for any refusal of entry from Turkey or Ireland; participants return under their own terms, there is no right to a refund, and the tour will proceed.

Weather Conditions and Clothing

In addition to the hot weather expected during the tour period... Guests are advised to bring comfortable footwear suitable for hiking and autumn/desert conditions, lip balm, and clothing suitable for sudden temperature changes (cardigan, vest).

Currency and Shopping

The currency of Ireland is the Euro (EUR). You need to have Euros for spending in the country. Your guide will assist you with currency exchange. Credit card use is common.

Authentic alcoholic beverages and souvenirs can be purchased.

It is advisable to consider duty-free shop restrictions both in the country visited and upon entry back to Turkey.

General Terms and Conditions:

General terms and conditions are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered separately from the tour program. The tour circular comes into effect as of the date of its publication. A tour circular published at a later date for the same tour supersedes the previous one. Tours are a whole including hotels, transportation, and services; they cannot be considered separately. Rights such as transportation, accommodation, sightseeing tours, etc., not used within the tour for various reasons are non-refundable. Kanula Tourism is not responsible for tours that cannot be carried out due to adverse weather conditions before or during the tour. While the main elements included in the tour program remain the same, changes may be made to the program order due to country conditions, transportation, and unforeseen circumstances. In air tours, the airlines' contracts apply to the sections related to the aircraft. Cancellation insurance does not cover air transportation. Economy class is used in air tours. The social rules we must follow throughout the trip will ensure a smooth and enjoyable journey. Seat number promises and guarantees are not given at the time of booking. In road transportation, daily seat planning and rotation are done by the tour guide, and fixed or front seat guarantees cannot be given.

Appropriate clothing, accessories, and footwear (boots, slippers, sandals, water shoes, etc.) should be preferred according to the geographical structure of the regions visited, weather conditions, and the tour concept.

In air tours, check-in and boarding procedures are personal responsibilities for passengers. Participants are required to complete these procedures at the relevant airline counter at the airport or online through the airline's websites before the flight. To participate in the tour, it is necessary to be present at the specified airport at the times notified by KanulaTur; KanulaTur is not responsible for not arriving on time, not checking in, or not arriving for boarding. Guests who miss their flight will be responsible for all costs related to round-trip airfare and transfers in the destination region required to join the tour. Participants are responsible for their personal belongings, bags, and suitcases. KanulaTur is not responsible for forgotten, lost, or stolen items. The costs of returning lost items to their country and/or owner are the responsibility of the owner. KanulaTur acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of September 28, 1955. Scheduled and private flights may experience delays or changes in flight times prior to the trip. KanulaTur is obligated to inform passengers of these changes as soon as possible. Passengers have purchased tickets knowing these risks. For guests under 18 years of age who are not accompanied by one or both of their parents, the necessary consent forms must be carried during travel. Travelers with chronic illnesses or allergies should consult our agency regarding their travel arrangements. Participants are required to bring medical reports regarding any health issues, pregnancy status, and medications they are currently taking. We regret to inform our customers who have booked a double room that if a roommate cannot be found 60 days prior to the trip, they will have to pay the single supplement or cancel the trip.

Mandatory Travel Insurance No. 1618 Coverage: Covers the agency's bankruptcy or the cancellation of the package tour service for any reason. It is not health insurance and does not cover medical expenses. (Private health insurance is a personal expense of the guest).
