In case of a request for payment in installments, it can be made in three installments provided that the first payment is on and before 03/05/2020, but it must be specified at the time of request.

The tour vehicle, KanulaTur private vehicle, is the VW-Crafter with a capacity of 13 passengers.

The social rules that we have to obey during our trip, especially in the vehicle, by moving to the next seat after each break, will offer us a smooth and enjoyable journey.

Participation Conditions:

This trip is organized on the condition of eight participants. In case of insufficient participation, the last notice of cancellation is 15 days before the start of the tour. The tour canceled due to insufficient participation will be notified to you by our agency (through your agency).

Instead of canceling, it is possible to conduct the tour with the existing suitors with the approval of the participants and may require repricing.

Since we will be traveling in high altitude (1500 meters) areas, our guests with disorders such as blood pressure, vertigo and respiratory failure may experience difficulties.

It is recommended that the guests buy shoes suitable for walking and spring conditions (comfortable), lip protectors, clothes suitable for sudden temperature changes (cardigan, vest, thermal underwear ...).

The personal belongings, bags, and suitcases of the persons participating in the tour are under their own responsibility. KanulaTur is not responsible for forgotten or stolen items. In the event that forgotten items are found, the expenses incurred for delivering them to the Country and / or to the person belong to the owner.

In cases where our guests under the age of 18 do not participate in the tour with one or both of their parents, it is obligatory to have the consent certificates required for participation in the tour.

It is obligatory for people to have reports about their health problems, pregnancy status, and medicines they use regularly.

We regret to inform our customers who want to stay in a double room but make a reservation as one person, and if there is no friend 60 days before the trip, they will have to pay the difference or cancel the trip.

1618 COVERAGE OF MANDATORY TRAVEL INSURANCE: Covers the bankruptcy of the agency or the denial of package tour service for any reason. It is not a health insurance, it does not cover treatment costs. (Private health insurance is the private expense of the guest).
