ITINERARY:

Day 1 – Arrival - Istanbul – Cappadocia  : You are welcome Turkey in Istanbul. You are meeting by KanulaTour Representative at the Istanbul Airport and directing to domestic terminal for your flight to Cappadocia.

Meeting at the airport on your arrival to Kayseri and transfering to your accomodating hotel with a night panorama of incrediable Cappadocia.

Overnight in Cappadocia.

Day 2 – Cappadocia (B, L, D)  : After breakfast, you are joining to discovering tour of jevels of the area, tour staritng with Devrent Imagination Valley and walk through this lunar landscape, the highest point of the region Uchisar Rock Castle, a panoramic view of Goreme valley and Goreme OpenAir Museum (rock cut churches, frescoes, monastery)

Having lunch in a local restaurant in Avanos and after Pashabaglari Chimneys, the World famous Fairy Chimneys, the village of Amanos, where you will witness a pottery-making demonstration using ancient Hittite techniques. After the tour return to your accomodating hotel.

Dinner and overnight in Cappadocia.

Day 3 – Cappadocia (B, L, D)  : Start to the day within an excited adrenalin day, optional Hot Air Balloon ride over Cappadocia Valley of “fairy Chimneys”. Hardly Recommended

The tour of wonders again, picking up about 09:45 from the hotel and first point, Triple chimneys of Urgup, than tracking activity from (Kizilcukur) to Cavusin through Red Rose Valley. This valley holds different colors and types of rock formations. The trakking lenght about 4800 mt and taking about 3,5-4 hours, 15 min break time in the middle of the way.  Lunch in a local restaurant; after that Kaymakli Underground City (see how the people lived in this multi level city complete with stables, kitchens, storage chambers and wine making rooms) and Piegion Valley After the tour return to your accomodating hotel.

Dinner and overnight in Cappadocia.

Day 4 – Cappadocia - Istanbul (B)   check-out from your hotel and transfering to the airport for fly to Istanbul, the city of the two continents. Also welcome to Istanbul Airport. Meeting with KanulaTour representative and informed as general of Istanbul and Turkey during transfer to your accomodating hotel. Check in to your hotel and free time.

Day 5 - Istanbul “City Tour (B, L)   :  Having the buffet breakfast at the hotel and the day of discover the civilisation and join to full day tour with lunch, as Historical Old City Tour of Istanbul. Picking up at 08:30 from your hotel for the tour of Old City, to see Byzantium and Ottoman relics.

Tour of “Sultan Ahmet Center”, the heart of the “Old City” from where the Byzantine and Ottoman empires were ruled. Hippodrome, center of sportive events (chariot races, athletics) and political activities of the old city. Serpentine Column, Obelisk of Theodosius and german Fountain of Wilhelm II are the monuments decorating the Hippodroma. ;  Blue Mosque, facing Hagia Sophia, famous with its Blue Iznik tiles and unique with 6 minarets, built in the name of Sultan Ahmet. ;  Hagia Sophia, the Church of the divine Wisdom, one of the greatest marvels of architecture, constructed as a basilica in the 6^th century by Emperor Justinian.  ; Grand Covered Bazaar, most attractive shopping center and the biggest “souk” in the World with nearly 4000 shops selling antiques, jewellery, gold, carpets, leatherware and souvenir.

Lunch at a Turkish Restaurant.

Topkapı Palace, residence of Ottoman Sultans exhibiting imperial treasury, sacred Islamic relics of Prophet Mohammed, kitchen, Chinese porcelain, weapons, calligraphy section etc. Live guide commentary is not allowed in special sections. (Harem is not included in the programme)

After the tour transfer to the hotel back.

Day 6 - Istanbul “Bosphorus Cruise and Shopping Tour” (B,)   :  Today, you have an half day tour of magneficial bosphorus. After having the buffet breakfast at the hotel and picking up about 08:30 for the tour of Bosphorus Cruise and Spice Bazzar ( Golden Horn (from the bus), the arm of the Bosphorus and a natural harbour of the historical peninsula separating the old and the new parts of Istanbul where the first colonies settled during the Byzantines. The residential area for Bztcantine Jews, Italian traders and other non-muslim minorities. Driva along the traces of history at Balat viewing Metal Church of St. Stephen the Bulgarian, Jewish Hospital (Or – Ahayim), Fener Orthodox Patriarchate and 22kms. Long Byzantine City Walls, strongest fortification of the middle age.

Spice Bazaar (visiting with free time)(Egyptian Bazaar), mystical smells of different aromas of various spices. Shops selling fruits, vegetables, fish, flowers etc.

Bosphorus Cruise, taking the boat.. through the waterway separating the two continents, Europe and Asia, with a possibility to take photographs of marble palaces, ancient wooden villas of Ottoman arcitecture besides modern residentials and luxurious apartments.

Rumeli Fortress (from the boat – no interior visit), historical armament built by the Conqueror to control and protect the Bosphorus. A unique example of military architecture). After the tour transfer back to the hotel or discover by your self.

Afternoon is free time and you can go to shopping

Optional: Turkish entertainment with dinner at the evening. Joining to the Dinner with Turkish folcloric show and belly dancers. There are two options one is on boat cruise at the Bosphorus (ESLID12) and the other one as 1001nights (KNID13).

Overnight in Istanbul at the hotel.

Day 7 – Istanbul (B)    : After the breakfast check out from the hotel and free time until pick up time to the airport. Transfer to the airport for your international flight.
