ITINERARIES:

Day1 - Istanbul - Arrival Day ( ): Welcome to Turkey, Istanbul Airport. Meeting with KanulaTour representative at the arrival hall and transfer to the accomodating hotel. You will informed as general about Istanbul and Turkey during the transfer. Check in to your hotel and free time. Overnight in Istanbul at your hotel.

Day2 - Istanbul “City Tour (B,D)”: Having the buffet breakfast at the hotel and joining for the full day tour with lunch, as Historical Old City Tour(KNID3) of Istanbul. Picking up at 08:30 from your hotel for the tour of Old City to see Byzantium and Ottoman relics. The tour end at the evening at the accomodated hotel. Free time in the evening. Overnight in Istanbul at your hotel.

There is optional recommended activity at the night, it is Dinner with Turkish folcloric show and belly dancers. Either on cruise(KNID12), eighter at a smart restaurant as 1001nights(KNID13).

Day3 - Istanbul “Bosphorus Cruise Tour” and Shopping (B): Today, you have an half day tour of magneficial bosphorus. After having the buffet breakfast at the hotel and picking up about 08:30 for the tour of Bosphorus Cruise and Spice Bazzar (KNID4). The tour end about 13:00 and after the tour transfer back to the hotel or Taksim area to discover by your self and shopping freely.. Overnight in Istanbul at the hotel.

Day4 – Istanbul (B): Buffet breakfast at the hotel and free day for discover the City Istanbul and planty of shopping.

In case of needs there are two recommended optional extra tours; Prince’s Island Tour(KNID10): Cruising in the Marmara Sea to Prince’s Island by boat. Büyükada, the popular summer resort with pinewood scenery and wooden mansions, once the pleasure island of Byzantine Princes.

or afternoon optinal tour Dolmabahce Palace and two continents tour(KNID6) you are able to see one of the architects woner the palace and than driving trough asian continents on the hunged bridge.. from europe to asia continets, visit the Camlica Hill to wieving of most beautful city of Istanbul. End of the tour transfer to the hotel in the evening. Overnight in Istanbul at the hotel.

Day5 - Istanbul (B): Free day for enjoy the city of Istanbul. Overnight Istanbul at the hotel..

Day6 - Istanbul (B): After the breakfast check out from the hotel and free time until pick up time to the airport. Transfer to the airport for your international flight.

Note for the hotel bookings: choosing hotel on depend of availabilty of the requested time. Requesting dead time of the FIT(1-5 guests) is seven days before the traveling and for the groups is 10 working days(Monday to Friday).

KNID3 – ISTANBUL CLASSICC (BYZANTINE & OTTOMAN RELICS) Full Day Tour

Tour of “Sultan Ahmet Center”, the heart of the “Old City” from where the Byzantine and Ottoman empires were ruled. Hippodrome, center of sportive events (chariot races, athletics) and political activities of the old city. Serpentine Column, Obelisk of Theodosius and german Fountain of Wilhelm II are the monuments decorating the Hippodroma. ; Blue Mosque, facing Hagia Sophia, famous with its Blue Iznik tiles and unique with 6 minarets, built in the name of Sultan Ahmet. ; Hagia Sophia, the Church of the divine Wisdom, one of the greatest marvels of architecture, constructed as a basilica in the 6^th century by Emperor Justinian. ; Grand Covered Bazaar, most attractive shopping center and the biggest “souk” in the World with nearly 4000 shops selling antiques, jewellery, gold, carpets, leatherware and souvenir.

Lunch at a Turkish Restaurant.

Topkapı Palace, residence of Ottoman Sultans exhibiting imperial treasury, sacred Islamic relics of Prophet Mohammed, kitchen, Chinese porcelain, weapons, calligraphy section etc. Live guide commentary is not allowed in special sections. (Harem is not included in the programme)

Sultans Tombs, there are five tombs of Ottoman Sultans within the graveyard at Hagia Sophia. The Ceramic panels are the most beatiful examples of the 16^th century with purple, red,green and blue flower motives. Prince robes and a small piece from the Kaaba covers are displayed on the sarcophaguses.

KNID4- BOSPHORUS CRUISE and Spice Bazzar (Half Day Morning Tour)

Golden Horn (from the bus), the arm of the Bosphorus and a natural harbour of the historical peninsula separating the old and the new parts of Istanbul where the first colonies settled during the Byzantines. The residential area for Bztcantine Jews, Italian traders and other non-muslim minorities. Driva along the traces of history at Balat viewing Metal Church of St. Stephen the Bulgarian, Jewish Hospital (Or – Ahayim), Fener Orthodox Patriarchate and 22kms. Long Byzantine City Walls, strongest fortification of the middle age.

Spice Bazaar (visiting with free time)(Egyptian Bazaar), mystical smells of different aromas of various spices. Shops selling fruits, vegetables, fish, flowers etc.

Bosphorus Cruise, taking the boat.. through the waterway separating the two continents, Europe and Asia, with a possibility to take photographs of marble palaces, ancient wooden villas of Ottoman arcitecture besides modern residentials and luxurious apartments.

Rumeli Fortress (from the boat – no interior visit), historical armament built by the Conqueror to control and protect the Bosphorus. A unique example of military architecture.

KNID6- DOLMABAHCE PALACE & TWO CONTINENTS (From Europe to Asia Half Day Afternoon Tour)

Tour start at 14:00 at meeting point and 1st staep is Dolmabahçe Palace, recent residence for Ottoman Sultans built by two Ottoman architects Karabet and Nikogos Balyan on a 110,00m² area and served as the main administrative center of the Ottoman Empire. Famous with great collection of European antiquity, furniture and 4.5 tons chandelier, the palace has 285 rooms and 46 halls.

Bosphorus Bridge, unique chance t ostep from one continent (Europe) to another (Asia) in 2 minutes.

Çamlıca Hill, famous for its beautiful sunset and the widest bird’s eye panoromic view of Istanbul from Marmara Sea to the Black Sea, gives a chance to see the Bosphorus and Golden Horn from one of the highest and most appealing of the city.

KNID10 – PRINCE’S ISLAND (Minimum 2 pax)

Prince’s Island Tour is a cruise in the Marmara Sea to Prince’s Island by boat. Stop at Büyükada, the popular summer resort with pinewood scenery and wooden mansions, once the pleasure island of Byzantine Princes. Tour of the island by horse-drawn carriages before lunch at a fish restaruant.

KNID12 - DINNER CRUISE (Bosphorus by Night)
